I did confirm internally that our product page was displaying that the product was currently back-ordered at the time you placed the order. I understand it can be easy to overlook as we still have the "add-to-cart" button available since the product is expected to be back in stock around late-May. Hello Audrey, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. It is a fairly common practice among rug manufacturers to fold larger rugs into a box so they are able to ship via Ground as opposed to Freight in an effort to keep pricing competitive for our customers. Any creases from shipping should naturally relax within 1–2 weeks after the rug is laid out in your space. If you have any issues, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. - The PlushRugs Team

Good Afternoon Lavanya, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review and I'm very sorry for the issues with the rug you received. I reviewed the communication you had with our customer service team and do see that you requested a return and mentioned the color discrepancy, however we never received any photos for us to review. The return was still processed, complimentary label provided and the only deduction from your refund would be the 10% restocking fee in the amount of $ 32.30.
