PlushRugsReviews of plushrugs.com

The company offers a variety of rugs. I chose and lower price rug and that’s what I got (you get what you pay for). However, I will say the rug color and dimensions are great! It looks quality but it’s very low pile and somewhat corse texture. I’m definitely no rug connoisseur but I believe it will be a fine rug for the price. And they made shopping, purchase and delivery very easy. I’ll definitely look for better quality rugs on their website.

I got the rug and it was very nice. The color was not what I expected. It was much more silver than I wanted. Very little purple. I had thrown away the packaging however so I felt I could not return it. I ended up giving it to my nephew. It was just wrong for my space

Just what we needed and delivered on time

I was somewhat upset when my rug arrived as the protective shipping covering was torn and my rug had dirty spots on it. I called Customer Service and they were great to work with. Maybe it was the shippers fault, who knows. Anyway it all worked out and I love my rug.

Plush Rugs was great. The rug was exactly what we expected. But we had a delivery problem. FedEx leaves all our deliveries out at the road either by the mail box or in the middle of our driveway. They are the only delivery service to do this. So 5-stars to Plush Rugs minus 1-star for using FedEx.

The delivery company only delivered one of the two rugs I ordered and marked both as delivered which obviously caused a bit of a headache as well as some anxiety…but plush rugs was prompt in locating the missing rug and making sure it was delivered the next day…both rugs are beautiful and were packaged immaculately and I will definitely buy my next rug here

We were sent the wrong rug, at first, but Megan took care of correcting the situation in a timely manner. She was great to work with! We LOVE our new rug and got it at a great price!

Love my new rug. It came in a timely manner. The only issue is that the rug mat came almost a week after I received my rug. I wish it had been the other way around. I now have to reroll the rug and try to put the mat down then the rug.
