We were disappointed with the coloring…
We were disappointed with the coloring of the rug. It was very washed out and had too much white. The sample page shows a lot more gray color which is my preference.

Order product
Order product, it indicated it was available. However it is on back order. Bad customer service!

Our records show that the Evensham Rug was listed as back-ordered at the time of your order, however we do still allow for orders to be placed in advance so you can secure pieces from the upcoming restock. Alternatively we also display a field for you to input your email instead of placing an order so you can sign up to be notified when the item is restocked. We're currently showing restock is expected to arrive at the warehouse in mid-January and will ship your order the moment it is ready to go. I do not like the fact that when I…
I do not like the fact that when I needed to return a rug because it was the wrong size and order another one bigger… I could not get a credit to order the other rug. Instead, she told me there is a restocking fee and I would have to wait until they got the rug in order to give me the credit back.

Wrong color. Beautiful rug. The rug stated it was blue and ivory
The rug stated it was blue and ivory. Beautiful rug but not blue. Seafoam green which is not blue. Could not use in the intended room but kept to use at a vacation home with a difficult color aesthetic.

What Rug?
UPDATE! The customer service of this company is excellent. Issues happen…it’s how the company handles them that makes all the difference. Other companies could use a refresher. We wouldn’t hesitate to order from this company again! THANK YOU! I ordered a rug on Labor Day weekend. Great price! I received several notifications from FedEx with the expected delivery date. The day before it was supposed to arrive I noticed it was in a warehouse for about 24 hours (30 minutes from my house)….then shipped back to sender! I called and was told the rug was never in stock. It was the PAD being returned to sender. If I had known it wasn’t in stock, I could have chosen a different rug. Instead, I missed out on several hundred dollars in savings on Labor Day weekend sales….and still a bare floor.
