A+ Experience
I picked this company because of the low price. But, my experience with this company was anything but low! My rug was as described and sent in a VERY timely manner. I found out later that the company is based out of the US which is great; I had previously had a poor experience with a company out of Canada! My experience with this company couldn't have been better and I would not hesitate to shop here again!

I got a very high quality rug for my…
I got a very high quality rug for my new home and it was shipped in an expedited manner and received in great condition. I did not get to choose the pattern or color because that was my fiance's decision. I don't hate the color, but I probably would have chosen something else. But that's not the fault of either the manufacturer or your company. You guys did a great job!

Delivered with 4 days. Soft, thin but decent quality. Looks like it does on the website. Color is on the surface so if you go against the grain it shows white - but this doesn’t show with normal use.
