Great customer service
The video came out great! They mispronounced my daughter's name, but I emailed customer service and they had it fixed within a couple of hours. They had me just send a short video of me saying her name over trying to spell out the pronunciation. I wasn't expecting it that fast. This is a great value for a very special gift, and the customer service was excellent.
