Absolutely amazing! The video quality was great. Name pronounced correctly. Fast service, received the video within 24hrs. Great and responsive customer service. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.

I got the Christmas video in less than 24hours. One of the names was mispronounced. I immediately responded wanting to know how long it would take to fix. They responded immediately. It was fixed within 15 minutes. Great customer service!

Initially they got the pronunciation of the name wrong but after emailing them they responded really quickly and got it sorted out in no time. Excellent service and cute video. Can’t wait to show my daughter tomorrow!

I love this so much! Everything came out really nice and the delivery was so much quicker than expected. Thank you for creating this for my daughter. I’m so excited to show this to her on her birthday!

Best $27 I ever spent for my daughter! Straight out of Hollywood or in this case, Aus. They fulfilled my custom request (paid small rush fee) even though it was at the last minute and past the holiday cutoff time! Thank you!!

I love the video! Although it didn’t come in the 24 hrs I paid for, the quality was great! Thanks again and Happy Holidays to you all

They were great and so helpful … their response to questions and delivering what we purchased was so fast . Totally recommend them to anyone that is trying to do something special for their kids

Wow! I was worried that the videos wouldn’t be ready in time, especially since I requested them so close to Christmas. But I’m so glad they came out before Christmas, and they even have the intro and everything. It’s truly amazing! Thank you so much!
