PlusCup – Personalized Videos for Kids & AdultsReviews of pluscup.com

Lovely personal video, arrived quickly and when I needed to communicate with customer service to make a change to the video they did it quickly as well. Well worth the money for a special birthday video

Quality of video was amazing!! My sons picture was displayed and the said his name perfectly! Honestly just helping PlusCup out, little instruction to turn off WiFi for the download would have saved me the headache reaching out to customer support. But customer support was quick with their responses and was very invested in making sure the video downloaded. Honestly I’ll use next year for my other children. They sure did make a young boy so happy to get a call from lightening McQueen!

Adorei apesar de pensar que o vídeo seria todo em português mas a parte mais importante estava em português foi o que interessou 😊

My 3 year old granddaughter was tickled pink to hear her name and message on her personalized episode of Bluey! The quality turned out great! Definitely will recommend and use again!

Received my video with an hour! Pronunciation is perfect, the quality is amazing and sounds exactly like Bluey. I loved you can even add your own personalised message. The video even includes a birthday song plus dance mode! 10/10 highly recommend

I had an excellent experience with PlusCup! I ordered a Lightning McQueen birthday video for my grandson. It came very quickly and they even edited it to add the unique pronunciation of mine and Papa’s names by our grandson - “Ah-na” and “Ah-pa”. They were very responsive to my emails and the video was exactly what was advertised! Will definitely use again.

This video was very cute and perfect for my daughter’s 3rd birthday! I had an issue with some of the wording in the beginning and emailed PlusCup to fix it. They were immediately responsive and sent the new video right away!

The video is perfect!!!! And the team are very helpful. The video did not pronounce one of the names correctly in the personal message I emailed them asking if this could be removed however they were happy to edit the video if I could provide them with a voice note on how to pronounce the name. From purchasing the video to correcting it was all done in one day in very pleased with the video and can’t wait to show everyone. The team were very polite very eager to fix the problem (which was not their fault). I will be ordering again in the near future. Very happy.
