PlusCup – Personalized Videos for Kids & AdultsReviews of pluscup.com

Easy to order, absolutely amazing videos and excellent customer service. Highly recommend this service

Great service. Fast turnaround. They made a Mistake on the name and corrected it immediately. Will definitely be using them again.

I received a Pluscup video celebrating my toddler's third birthday in December 2025. I believed I had saved the video, but unfortunately, I was unable to locate it. Recently, in October 2026, my toddler inquired about the video, and I was unable to find it at that time. I reached out to Pluscup and they resent the video right away! Thank you My toddler loved the video still watches it

Ma fille adore la vidéo, elle était tellement contente, elle m’a dit maman merci pour, merci tu es la meilleure maman du monde

Awesome experience, received feedback within in minutes via email. Received video within in 3 business days. My granddaughter will enjoy her bday video of her and Ms. Rachel

We ordered the Peppa Pig video for our niece. The first video had a small mistake, we got in contact with PlusCup and they were extremely professional and efficient in resolving the issue. Our niece and her Mum absolutely loved the video and we very much appreciate the excellent quality of the entire process. Could not recommend this service any more if I tried. Thank you for making our nieces day!

Quick response, great quality. Replied to emails within minutes. If I could give 10 stars I would!!!

Beautiful high quality videos, I’m sure my daughter will be so excited with this surprise! Very swift delivery and response.
