I absolutely love this! The video is enjoyable for adults and children. My son can’t stop watching! He loves it so much. Thank you, PlusCup, for making such a special gift! I have purchased a personalized video before through a different company and received a video with my son’s name spelled incorrectly. So happy I gave PlusCup a chance and highly recommend!

If you’re a parent or grandparent this is a must! The children are absolutely mesmerized watching this and all the kids at the party want their own video. I definitely will be buying for every birthday.

Seriously, it completely exceeded my expectations and brought a huge smile to my face. Bluey is my granddaughter‘s favorite and she is just gonna love it on her birthday. From the moment I saw it, I was just blown away by how wonderfully it was put together. You guys clearly poured a lot of care and creativity into every single detail. I especially loved how personal you made it – remembering that photo request and seeing how seamlessly you wove it into the narrative truly showed that you took the time to craft something unique just for me. It really felt like it was made with heart! It's such a thoughtful touch and speaks volumes about your commitment to ensuring clients are delighted . But honestly, there's absolutely nothing I'd change – it's just perfect! Thank you so, SO much for such an amazing and personal video. You’ve got a real talent! Warmly, Gladis Young

I would like to commend this company for going above and beyond. I recently ordered a video for my daughter’s 4th birthday; however, due to an unforeseen issue, the video was not delivered to the original email address provided at the time of purchase. After a few prompt email exchanges, the team resolved the issue in less than 24 hours and successfully sent the video to an alternate email address. I truly appreciate their flexibility, responsiveness, and commitment to customer satisfaction. I am confident my daughter will still enjoy her special video message.

My three year old loved the Gabby's dollhouse video. I thought it was cute that they used the opening scene from the movie to a birthday celebration song bc she was already familiar with the dance. While the voice was a little obviously robotic sounding, definitely not noticbke to a toddler. Overall, money well spent, as she's been asking to watch it repeatedly lol.

I’m so glad I stumbled on your page on IG. The concept is absolutely creative and magical for kids. I loved everything about it. My daughter can’t get enough of KPOP Hunter- so you can imagine how special it is for her to receive a personalized birthday message from Rumi. Mummy definitely outdid herself !
