The team at PlusCup did a great job! The turn around time was within 24hrs even though I didn’t pay for rush service. And though the first delivery had a minor mispronunciation, with some AI driven voice recordings, I was able to receive the corrected version within another 24hrs! Great service, be careful with weirdly spelled names and making sure you put lots of detail into the pronounce name part of the form but even if they get it wrong, email them and they’ll redo for you free of charge, great service

I ordered Pawpatrol video for my sons birthday, first video was not working, sound was missing, video was lagging. Sended them email and got answer really fast, they fixed video and now its working!
