I emailed them twice to correct how the name is pronounced and that the spelling of my child’s name is wrong on one of the screens. They did reply back in time to change it, the pronunciation was still a little odd but my daughter absolutely loved it and keeps playing it. She lit up that bluey had sent her a personal birthday message! The message is nice and the birthday song is super cute.

SOOO CUTE ! They got her picture right & her name ! It was a pretty long video as well. I recommend!!!

The video has two messages mixed together as one the I requested and then overlaps with a message for another. They made the edit and it's better but not great. Does the job.

Updating my review because they were very responsive and able to get my the video back the same day so he did see it on his birthday and they are taking steps to make this clearer for future customers, which is good customer service! Origins review was 1 star due to this: Ordered a custom Bluey video for my son back in January when I found this company online and it was delivered to my email. I saved the link to show my son because it would not allow me to save it to my device. This morning, my son’s birthday, I click the link to show him, and it says the video was deleted by the company!!!!! So I can’t show my son the video I paid for!!! I’m SO disappointed! He leaves for school in a few minutes and I wanted to show him this before he left for the day :( There is NOTHING in the delivery email that says the video will be deleted in a certain amount of time (why would it? We paid for it!). I’ve emailed them to see if there’s anything the can do but honestly I’m already so disappointed that on my son’s birthday morning I couldn’t show him this surprise I had planned for months.

Hi Elizabeth, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and please accept our deepest apologies for the disappointment this caused, especially on your son's birthday morning. We completely understand how special this surprise was meant to be, and we're so sorry we let you down. Why this happened: For security and privacy reasons, all custom video links are automatically removed from our delivery system after 30 days. We acknowledge that this timeframe wasn't clearly stated in our original delivery email, and we're already updating our communications to ensure this is transparent for future customers. What we've done: As soon as we received your email, our team located your order and re-uploaded your custom Bluey video. A new, active link has been sent directly to your inbox (please check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it right away). To keep your video safe this time: When you open the new link, please download or save the video to your device so you can enjoy it anytime—no expiration worries. We truly value your trust and are so glad we could help restore this special moment for your son. If you need any further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly at [support email]. Wishing your son the happiest birthday! Warmly, Lina PlusCup Team

The video is great, can’t wait for my baby to see it on her birthday. They did pronounce her name correctly although I did spell out the pronunciation but overall I am satisfied.

The video was good but they didn’t say my daughter’s name correctly despite me writing the phonetic version AND sending an audio of how to pronounce it. Instead all they did was speed the video up. At first, the customer service person was responsive and I thought we would get a good video. But after 3 versions of wrong names, they stop responding. In one video Rumi said her name wrong but the guy character said it correctly. So when I asked can they edit it so that Rumi sounds like the guy character, they ignored me. I have 3 of the same videos in different speeds with all wrong names. I even offered them the idea of using a nickname, again ignored! And it sucks cause my daughter really liked K-pop demon hunters. So off to my IG page with 3.9M followers to share my experience….. UPDATE: after my review, not only did Lina reach out with a sincere apology for my experience, the team also went over the video again and guess what, IT CAME OUT PERFECT!! My daughter loves it! Thank you Lina!!

I ordered a Happy Birthday Video custom made for my daughter’s 5th Birthday. She’s into K Pop Demon Hunters and the video was 10/10!! She hasn’t seen it yet but I cannot wait to show her on the big screen the morning of her Birthday🥹. Thank you.

This item would’ve been 5 stars if the sound didn’t go out when the mom took the radio, it comes back on in the next clip but it’s very noticeable. I will say that the timeframe in when I got my video was quite fast it only took 3 hours.

Hi White, Hi, thank you so much for your feedback, and we’re glad to hear you loved the fast delivery! Just to clarify, the sound cutting out when the mom takes the radio was done on purpose as a playful, funny moment in the scene. That said, we completely understand that it can feel noticeable or distracting. We’re more than happy to edit that part and keep the audio continuous if you prefer, just send us a quick email and we’ll take care of it right away. Thanks again for your review and for pointing this out, we really appreciate it! PlusCup Team
