The Unit showed up promptly and was packaged well. I have had no trouble with unit, at over 100 plunges.

Useless review since no product
I love when a company is so disconnected that they send out review requests and the customer hasn’t even received the product. I am guessing the product was not shipped correctly and therefore has been sitting at the warehouse for almost a week. Maybe next time don’t ask for review until you can verify the customer has received the product.

Easy to assemble just the right size
Easy to assemble just the right size. I have been wanting a cold plunge for years. This is very affordable. Put it on my deck outside. I do put plywood on top to keep rain from collapsing the cover. At first I started too cold at 37 degrees then moved it up to 50 degrees which is doable for a beginner like me.

A+ Top notch customer service
A+ Top notch customer service! I have emailed Plunge Chill multiple times with various questions and I have received a prompt reply and they have either set my mind at ease or gave me exceptionally helpful information. 6/5 stars for customer service. Regarding the product, absolutely wonderful and amazing. I use my Pro tub and 1/2HP chiller unit multiple times per week and some times a couple times in a day. I am pleased! Great quality, great customer service, I would recommend to a friend.

I’ve experienced many cold plunges and…
I’ve experienced many cold plunges and inflatable cold plunges before but nothing quite like this one, WOW. The set up was easy and fast, intuitive and straight forward. I was a little nervous about the pump, I thought I was going to be pumping for hours but it was complete in minutes and a great way to warm up before your cold plunge. The tub is HIGH quality (it doesn’t feel inflatable when you blow it up) the structure is firm and solid. It’s also surprisingly light weight. The steps are functional, necessary and appreciated, the cover is light weight and everything has buckles for easy connection and assembly. It’s spacious and LARGE but not excessive. My boyfriend who is 6’4 fits easily and we can even plunge together, I’m 5’1. New date night unlocked. & I LOVE how easy it is to break down and transport. We have plans to bring it to the beach, and over to friends houses for gatherings! The Team at Plunge Chill is responsive and communicative, they made shipping and handling stress free and efficient. Any questions I had were quickly answered and they've been very supportive thought out this entire process. Thanks guys! I highly recommend this cold plunge!
