Very happy with my Plunge Chill max!
Very happy with my Plunge chill max bundle! Tub is a good size and the chiller was easy to set up and my temperature stays right at 48° i use it 4x a week and love it!

I’m very impressed with the quality of the product and the ease of set up. Everything is high quality. Post set up and the chiller dropped my water temperature from 80 to 50 in in under three hours ✔️

System is good
System is good, filter leaks a little bit. The only thing I think is the tub is just a little short. I’m only 5.10 175 and I can’t get my shoulders under other wise the water goes over the top.

So far so good.
The unit sets up easy even with one person. It seems sturdy and well built. The chiller is to small and it takes a long time to cool the water. Outside temps above 90 it cant keep the water cool much below 60 deg. I have had the unit for less than two weeks and the chiller is already not chilling at all. I have not been able to find a good resource online to trouble shoot. Update: I went to the companies web page at 9:30 PM and asked for help. I was immediately offered a video call to trouble shoot the problem. In the end I reset the unit and it is working fine! Very good customer service.

I could not be more pleased with the…
I could not be more pleased with the speed of delivery and the ease of setup of my chiller unit. The operation and setting the desired temperature could not be more simple. My only criticism is that the temperature that the unit is set to and displays does not match the physical water temperature gauge I have in my tub. My thermometer shows a temperature about 9 degrees colder than the unit displays. This difference has been consistent so setting the desired temperature with that in mind if simple. I just wish the display was more accurate.

Our chiller does include a built-in temperature calibration function (F02). Could you please check whether the current calibration setting is set to 0? I received and use the long cold plunge tub. It is great! Very sturdy, easy to store, and simple to take with you if you travel a lot.
