Cold plunging is an invigorating…
Cold plunging is an invigorating challenge. The summers get rather warm in parts of Colorado and the cold plunge kept us from having sleepless nights due to the heat. I have not committed to cold plunging every day like my husband but I know there is value there. The customer service team has been very helpful in finding a quick solution when an issue came up with the lid leaking air.

It has been about a week that I started using my plunechill. I am very pleased with it. It was easy for me to set up. I’m enjoying it daily. It was definitely worth the money for me.

JUMP IN THE LAKE!!!
It is like having a personal cold mountain lake to get in. 37°f is the best. If im not questioning who I REALLY am by second 37. Then im not plunging. I like to say. THIS IS YOUR MOMENT! And then indouble down. I stay in.. i plunge. 3 mins at least. Never plunged longer than 9 minutes. On hot summer nights when the heat it to intense to sleep. 3 minutes at 39° will solve that problem. Welcome to REM sleep. At 110° at 11p.m. THE BEST BACK YARD ACCESSORY YOU CAN BUY! PERIOD
