The program is totally geared to each person individually. Only eat foods you like but learn to eat them in proper portions and frequencies. PLT meets every client where they are currently at and coaches are available for as much help as you want. I highly recommend PLT !

I have had an excellent experience with PLT under the great guidance of coach Jessica! She has taught me so much, been so patient, encouraging, supportive and kind and really made it easy to focus on the basics of nutrition and build good habits to last a lifetime.I have learned a lot and am feeling much more confident and strong. I highly recommend PLT and Coach Jessica no matter where you are in your health and weight loss journey to give you the support, information and encouragement you need to make positive consistent progress towards your goals!

While working with Allie, I've felt supported and empowered as I work towards my goals. I've always felt like I can be honest and open about challenges or how I'm feeling and that I'll be met with compassion and helpful, sound advice. I feel healthier and stronger as a result of the lessons I've learned and practices I've implemented while working with PLT.

This company takes an honest, reasonable, and doable approach to a macro counting, weight loss, and overall health that makes total sense. I love that there is a whole Facebook community available even for non-clients, but the member benefits (personalized coaching plus recipes and community support) are completely worth the cost. My coach is positive and specific with her advice, and the overall philosophy is very sustainable for the long term. This is the best weight loss program I've ever tried.

I have been a PLT client for the past 9 months. It has been an excellent investment in myself. The program is flexible and does not feel restrictive. I feel like my coach is invested in my success and has taught me to make smarter choices. The program has also given me the extra accountability I needed to reach my health goals. I'm down 30 lbs. so far and feel fantastic. I highly recommend this program.

PLT is excellent. I have never been successful losing weight, especially as I have gotten older. Working with PLT has been the only way to actually achieve success and change my body composition. Well worth it!
