What a very bad experience and customer…
What a very bad experience and customer service. I had to pay money for something I did not really do. I am not blaming their coaches, it is not their fault. You need to be very careful. They are scams. I only met with the coach once and was not able to continue and they still charged me twice for the service. I had to pay $450 for a service that was never provided to me and guess what they don't even accept your feedback. They will delete all negative comments to show off that they are five stars. Never heard of this kind of service. I really regret it.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We take all feedback seriously and are sorry to hear that you feel this way about our company. We understand how frustrating it can be when expectations aren’t met or are misunderstood and we genuinely regret that this situation has caused you concern. We assure you that we are a legitimate company, who have serviced over 25,000 people over 6 years and remain committed to delivering high-quality service to all our customers. As per our email communications on Aug 25th, you had purchased the 3 month plan which is payable in installments. Unfortunately whilst we couldn’t refund you as you hoped, we were able to break out terms and conditions and cancel the final installment of your plan and we confirmed you were able to fully use all of the remaining weeks for which you had paid for and so nothing is lost to you. This is still the case and we ask you to message your coach, or contact us at Client Services, to complete those weeks. Thank you
