Good hosting for the price, though if you're on a budget, you can find cheaper options. The panel is good and the support team is amazing.

I have had no problems with their servers. I've only had one but the support got It fixed for me quickly. I've also used this service 1-2 years.

Great service, easy setup. Purchased their Discord bot hosting plan. They make setup super really easy such that you don't even need to install anything, you just upload your files and press start. Support is mediocre, a little slower than the web host I use for my website though it's not a huge issue. Just ends up taking a couple days sometimes, they're always quite helpful though.

Aside from about only 1 short downtime incident, I have been very impressed at the great hosting you get for such a reasonable price! I find it hard to believe some people gave 1 star for support because I found the support team very understanding and helpful :)

Had an issue importing a specific package into my discord bot throughout a bunch of different hosting services, after a couple (very quick)back and forth responses they completely fixed my issue. Huge props to the team for the support I received!

Been using PloxHost over a few years, intermittently. The best cost/benefit when it comes to budget servers, support is adequate and very stable servers. Haven't tested the high perfomance servers, but, they most likely run better than the budget ones, so it should be a great buy for bigger servers. PS: Don't forget to search for active coupons, if currently available!
