Amazing services for an astounding price. This is by far the best hosting service I have used. There was an incident where I misspelled my email on the account and they got back to me within a few hours on a Saturday. The customer service is great and the servers run without lag. Also, I connected through FTP with ease. Great job PloxHost, thank you!

Great service 5/5. Service was exactly as described and all my servers are functioning perfectly. They were installed within 5 minutes of ordering. I was not charged when my servers went down for a few hours. Support is almost perfect. The response is high quality and the issue is usually fixed straight away. Ticket response times can be quite slow however.

Amzing hosting and Amzing support. PloxHost is truly one of the best hosting provider I have ever used. There support is super fast and responds right away to issues and they truly care about fixing your issue. For $1 a GB the server speeds are amazing I have never had any lag and ran way over 50 plugins with close to 100 players. There hosting is truly premium and top quality. With PloxHost you are truly getting your money worth and highly recommend them over any hosting companies out there. Font think just cause they offer 1.50 a GB there a cheap host there more then just a cheap host and I would never fall for other hosting providers that offer cheaper prices.

Review: PloxHost the most terrible host going... Review: Score: 1/10 My opinion of PloxHost. Firstly, the staff were decent, the old staff. (Idk about any new ones). I have purchased each service from Plox atleast once. Lets start from the worst: Minecraft Hosting - TPS just fluctuates alot, and I mean alot. Lots of ping issues, even for people in the US. And then there is alot of ip issues. Failure to bind to ports due to ports already being given out. (Isnt managed too well), the servers were overall laggy and I would not recommend the host to anyone for Minecraft hosting. Rating: 1/10 Web-Hosting - The web-hosting was genuinely terrible. They resell from SkyNetHosting so I didnt expect anything good. The websites I ran were incredibly slow and I genuinely had to change all my sites over to a new host. Although one thing I can say is that they didnt lose my files. Rating: 1.5/10 KVM Hosting - KVM Hosting wasnt half bad, although there was alot of errors. The panel was configured nicely and they did go with the nice choice of Virtualisor, however I ran into a few issues with OS's not working and having to reboot my server from SSH as the control panel didnt work as it was supposed to. The machine overall did well, although this is probably because it is fairly new, they only have 1 node. Rating: 2/10 OpenVZ Hosting - OpenVZ Hosting was actually good. (Might be a little bias because I managed OpenVZ), the machine itself did go laggy, due to the resources being shared some vpses had been using alot of resources causing my VPS to lag and all other VPS's on the machine. It could have been managed better with automatic suspension or something, they only have 1 node. Rating: 3/10(edited) Dedicated Servers - Terrible, just terrible. I ordered a dedicated server, it was supposed to be a 128GB E5 server, I had waited over 3 days and then once it finally had arrived it was a 12GB server and wasnt even an E5. I was however refunded, but over $20 was loss in fees and no, they werent humble and didnt refund it. They did however provide me $20 in account credits (Correction I had to add it to my account myself). Dont order a dedicated server from here it will just be awful. Rating 0/100 Support - Overall the support has went downhill and I wouldnt recommend this host to anyone if you were assuming to receive good support. Some staff members dont know what they are doing and have to find someone else to blame. This review was written truthly.

PloxHost is truly one of the most amazing host out there. I would recommend this host to anyone out there that is looking to start there Minecraft server or have a Minecraft server. They can support any size Minecraft server or network big or small. I have never had a server run so smooth and fast before. There support and staff are amazing, helpful and fully dedicated to making sure all issues get resolved. I could never ask for a better host ditch all the other Minecraft hosting providers out there this host is the one to go to and the only one you will ever need.

This is an amazing host the staff are amazing and truly do care. There is for sure no other hosting companies out there that cares as much as PloxHost does. If you are looking to start up server or even host a network a strongly suggest PloxHost. I have never had any lag on my server with them its always ran prefect with 100% up time. Please is truly is one of the best host out there!
