I'm a person of color and it did not work. At first I thought I didn't use enough and if I added more it looked like I had a facial mask on my face, I don't even see a person of color in their commercials.

I was just about to order a bottle and decided to first check out customer reviews and I was astonished as to how many people are dissatisfied with the product. I have tried similar products in the past that left my skin feeling so tight and uncomfortable that I stopped using it after the first application. This product seems like it is having the same issues. I think that the commercial advertisement hire the people that appear to like it. So, the odds that the results are good are too low for me to take a chance and to pay just to have to experience disappointing issues trying to process a return for a refund. The responses that read below the complaints are too vague to feel positive and give it a go-to try it out.

I've not been foolish enough to buy and use this product for the simple reason that when age catches up with you, not much can be done. One should be grateful for being alive and, hopefully, having good health. Ear right, get your 8 hours of sleep, keep active and drink plenty of water. All the "before" and "after" pictures look the same. The 61 year old woman they show at a gym looks terrible, more like an 80 year old. Again, waste of money!!!

My friend ordered this, he was extreme disappointed with it saying not only did it not work but felt like putting plaster on his skin. He therefore gave it to me. I totally agree with him, this is the WORSE product I have ever use. I tried it 3 times to make sure I was applying it correctly. Not only does it not work, but extremely difficult to get off. I even tried baby oil with Q-tips, make up remover and facial soap. It cakes up and cracks on your skin, and like super glue hard to get off. It left my skin red and tender when I finally got it off all 3 times, regardless of how carefully I tried to remove it. To get a refund it has to shipped back, using there specific shipping courier choices from Canada costing more than it's worth returning considering risking going out to mail it with the Corona virus.

I bought my first tube years ago. I liked it at first because I did see some difference, then I tried to put my makeup on over top and it was horrible. While trying to put on my foundation the plexaderm started coming off. Made a huge mess. So ,ok, I thought maybe it's just to be used alone, so I used it that way but it got really thick coming out of the tube after a while. Unfortunately I reordered 3 more boxes before I knew enough to make an informed decision. The first tube was almost empty and the pump stopped working. Not thrilled because it was a large waste of product. I opened one of my new boxes used it a few times and realized I actually didn't like the fact that it wouldn't work if I wanted to wear makeup. I stopped using it. Locked tube cleaned and covered and put away. Started my spring cleaning and there it was. Decided to give it another shot, after all I had 2 unopened boxes and an almost full tube started. When I tried to use it the pump didn't work at all. I tried everything to make it work. Needless to say all that money I spent and all the product straight into the trash.

I bought this product to try it out and contrary to the commercial, I can say that It does not work!! They are using photoshop or something to make it look like it works, but it doesnt. Dont waste your money!!!

I bought this product a couple years or so ago. It did NOT work. I don't understand how all these people are saying it is so great. I just tossed it up on my dresser & moved on. Fake news!!!
