I received the $59.00 bottle of this last week, but didn't try to use it until this morning. I read the instructions to prime the pump. On about the 3rd or 4th time trying to get the serum out, it came out in a string about 2-3 inches. I can't think of how much treatment I lost. I was so surprised by this situation. I did take the stuff and applied it to my face-- I didn't see any results-it definitely does not do what it shows on TV. Called Cust. Ser. and was told the only thing company will take care of is broken bottles. Saw some complaints of empty bottles. I guess my bottle contained the product, but the pump apparently is defective. THIS CO SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED BECAUSE THEY DO NOT COME THROUGH FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. STILL DON'T KNOW IF PRODUCT WORKS. IT PROBABLY ONLY WORKS BEFORE TV CAMERAS.

Sadly I will not be using this product again. Two times in a row I purchased and there was nothing in the container. They need better quality control.

This stuff seemed like it was going to work it did for maybe 5 minutes then the lines around my eyes looked way worce than b4 I used the cream this stuff is worthless the commercials are lies

I tried it very sparingly under eye bags and felt tighter skin but zero results so following day I drenched it and zero results I gave what was left to my wife lol

Great for short term results but only if product container works. I gave up after 3 failures. Support is rude and demeaning at times.

Complete garbage!!! So you have to sit completely still once you apply and not move your face until it dries...Almost impossible ...however..once you do move your face, smile, eat, anything, it breaks the seal it creates and then becomes useless...So unless you can sit like a statue and never move your face, skip this product...It's expensive, small and doesn't work!!!

I've been using this product for several years! It does exactly what its supposed to do..I had a problem with the pump and customer service was great! First they told me how to prime the bottle and when that didn't work they offered to ship me out a new and improved bottle FREE of charge...Customer service was great! Your Face needs to be clean and dry before makeup is applied...Put a thin layer under your eyes, follow the instructions, dont move around until it dries completely approx 10 minutes to see the full affect!

I see a lot of unhappy users, but me personally I love it. I buy it regularly, it lasts longer than 8 hours you can't wear oily make-up over it, but I use the powder cover which works for me. If it's caked on your eye you've used too much and you have to keep your face as still as possible for 10 minutes after you've applied it. Cutting the tip off the bottle, which is in one of comments is not true this stuff comes in a bottle that you have to prime until the product comes out. It would be easy to think the product was empty. To each his or her own I'll take what No one else wants! I've used it for o couple years now at least.
