I have been purchasing Pleaser shoes for over 10 years and I really love the quality of the shoes for the most part. This review is because the CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!! I recently ordered a pair of shoes for my bodybuilding competition; a full rhinestone base and heel. Absolutely gorgeous shoe!! They cost over $100 and when they got to me , a rhinestone was missing. My competition is in 5 weeks and I was panicked! I quickly sent an email to find out if I could swap the shoe out for another pair. There was no empathy for my INCONVENIENCE and I was told the shoes couldn’t be exchanged , but that I would have to send them back and reorder. I asked how long that would take and the response was ‘ we got your message and we will respond when we can but stop messaging us or it will take longer.’ It is sad in this day and time how unprofessional and rude companies are when you are spending your money to purchase their products. Needless to say, I will no longer be shopping with Pleaser Shoes, California.

I don’t recommend these. I bought them on final sale, and now I understand why they were — the soles are not the same rubber as my previous pleasers. They feel more like plastic and tend to slide more near the toe box while dancing.

As a baby dancer these were an awesome first pair! I wear a size 10US and i bought a size bigger and Im so happy I did!

Super cute for here fast ripped the first night I wore them I won’t be able to wear them again
