So happy with these shoes and how easy it was to purchase them!

I loved the boots! Customer service was great (responsive and kind) however due to purchase being in Feb (more than 60 days ago) and despite them being in perfect condition except the heel on one is ripping away, they wouldn't replace. Its def a manufacturer defect. It's unfortunate since I haven't used them more than 10 times.

I would not recommend your company it was hard getting responses and your managers did not keep their words as far as responding I did send pictures of the shoes to the person who asked me to send them. So you are so incorrect in your response and my review remains the same

I bought two pair of shoes with them, I even went size up and they were still tight on my feet. I returned them and they refused to refund my money claiming they were “worn” (just for the fact the sole had some dirt for trying the shoes). After complaining through e-mail, I decided to file a complain with my credit card. From that Please Shoes threated to sue me claiming I doing fraud saying I returned “damaged shoes”!!! Damaged shoes where?? Because the soles have some dirt for trying the shoes? What a joke. I’ve never seen such a miserable way to treat a client.

Excellent service and products any returns adressed quickly and refunds and shipping are fast! Good Business!!!!!
