Bought 2 VIP merchandise packages for an Alice Cooper show. The packages were about $330 each on ticketmaster so I spent about $660 dollars all together plus whatever "Fees" they throw in. The VIP merch package was listed as having some cool stuff... A poster and an autographed set list and a few other things. Which I thought sounded cool. Bought the tickets a few months out from the show and about a week before the show I get an email from This company, please and thank you. Never heard of them before. The email says that on the day of the show I don't need to worry about picking up any merch... It will be shipped to me and that I would receive an email to "Claim" my merch within 72 hours after the show. That in and of itself sounded weird because nothing ever said anything about shipping when I bought the tickets. Concert date comes and I go. Maybe 5 days later I get an email telling me to claim my merch. I have to go online and put in a code they sent me to claim what I paid for. So I do it and as I do it the system tells me the the value of the package I'm getting is $250 and it will be shipped soon. They ship it from California and I get it over a week later as they ship it as cheap as they can. Got it in my mailbox today. A torn up padded envelope that contained 2 fanny packs and four pins for a jacket or something. About $20 dollars worth of made in China junk. Stamped made in China right on it. No poster... No set list... No autographed anything. Classic bait and switch tactics. The Non VIP tickets to this show were going at about $60 each when I bought them so $120 for 2 tickets. I paid over $650 because of the VIP merch add on so basically $500 for 2 fanny packs and some pins. I could have bought 10 shirts the day of the show for that money and I wouldn't have been lied to about set lists and posters and stuff. I don't know who this company is or why people use them but if I could give them negative stars I would. Beware If you ever see the Please and thank you name attached to anything.

On May 9 I went to their site to buy a ticket for the May 11 Scott Patterson show. The site says VIP tickets offered at checkout. Well I get to checkout and no meet and greet tickets are offered. That is bad advertising. I'm still going to the concert, but I would have liked either the pre-show or post-show VIP experience. Seems they don't update their site or care about customers spending money and can't get what is offered. This is my 2nd complaint about them.

VIP package for Melissa Etheridge August 27 2025. Multiple emails back and fortb. Merch in production. Merch stuck in customs. Merchandise in production. Merch just arrived. I am being sent to front of cue... That order, on repeat. I was accused of lying about emails...sent copies, was ignored. Do not expect fulfillment of merch. This is a huge scam and Ticketmaster should stop doing business with these shady liars.

The venue staff was not present for VIP check in. And another venue staff gentlemen managing check in for another VIP package (the only staff present) said I did not have the right ticket for VIP benefits. Even after I showed the email he said the email was wrong. When I relayed this to Please and Thank You staff. They deferred back to the venue, who shared no sympathy at all for their staff's incompetence and denied it even happened. Resulting in me not receiving a full refund for the $300 I spent on my VIP benefits that I was denied. I have asked to speak with their supervisor three times, and each time they have not responded at all, or just reiterated their decision. The rep's name was Jordan. Severely unprofessional to just ignore when a customer asked to speak with a supervisor. I will also add they did not tell me they had deferred to management, the only reason I found that out was when I followed up about seven business days later.

Went to see judas priest and alice cooper, great concert paid 1,400.00 for 3 tickets so we could get the merchandise, that was in sept, keep getting the run around. You have to wonder if the bands putting on the show know how bad their fans are getting screwed

Total Scam. No pre-entry, no VIP Merchandise and they lie to you about that. Don't trust them. Only when the Artist know about an Q&A or something they dare to keep their promise.

The tickets said that the doors open at 11pm, so we arrived accordingly. Nowhere did it state that we would be crammed into the "club" for 2.5 hours waiting for the event. There was a DJ and music to entertain us as we wait but as we were stuck in place, we could not enjoy it. I did not get to see what i paid for because after 2 hours of standing like a sardine in heels, my feet had swollen to the point that they no longer fit in my shoes. When I contacted the company, I was told "well they showed up eventually because we saw pictures on social media so you can't have a refund" which further irritated me because the email is had sent them in the first place was NOT primarily about the lack of the promised experience, it was due to the treatment of people, who paid a great deal of money to be there, to not even be able to enjoy the experience because we couldn't move. I DID mention that if it is a situation where "the doors open at x time, event starts at y time" THAT SHOULD BE DICTATED AS SHOULD THE CONDITION OF HOW PEOPLE WILL BE CRAMMED IN. Their response was rude, cold, and addressed 0 of the actual points made. I will not ever do business with this company again and would advise against anyone else using them as well.

Do not buy a ticket based on the side stage experience, as you likely will not get it.
