My sincere thanks to Pravishthah, Lounge Supervisor, whose commitment to customer satisfaction was truly remarkable. She consistently checked on guests, anticipated their needs, and even arranged an item that was not available on the buffet to ensure I was completely satisfied. This level of genuine care, initiative, and attention to detail reflects a strong culture of quality and service excellence. Employees like Pravishthah make all the difference and create memorable experiences for travelers. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality. I look forward to visiting again.

Very poor. Food poor quality and inadequate and little choice. Didnt think it was worth the money. Other cheaper venues in the area would have been a much better option.

Dirty, dated, slow, overcrowded. Avoid.

Obstinate and uncooperative. It's dirty inside, the reception staff are unhelpful, every second customer has an argument because of their arbitrary rules and nonsense support. Each time I promise never to return. It's the worst of our society.

I WISH ID READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE ENTERING! heathrow T5 PP lounge. not one spare seat. they keep admitting people even though no seats are free at least 30 people just standing along a wall. eventually got a seat food ? worse than school dinners . cold chips . just awful . never here again

An absolute RIP-OFF! Do not waste your money pre-booking and then not being able to use the lounge due to Vancouver CBP time restrictions, or being able to easily cancel the reservations or speak with someone in customer service. They wouldn't provide any type of refund due to their 6 hour window, which is way too short to be of any benefit. Perhaps a class-action suit is in order for other folks that may have had a similar experience?

Recently paid for LHR T5 Plaza Lounge and quite honestly I would not pay for this lounge. Staff unfriendly, overcrowded, poor selection of drinks and very poor selection of food. Better service, space and staff downstairs in Weatherspoons. Will not waste my money on this lounge again.

I would give less then 1 star. It is awful. It is dirty and crampt. Staff are rude. You are much better off just staying in the duty free area.
