We used the Plaza premium lounge at MCO terminal C yesterday, it was a terrible experience. It was overcrowded and the food was awful all of it was Mexican not at all suitable for many people. The staff either couldn’t understand English and were very rude!
I wouldn’t recommend going into this lounge

Disappointing food selection and did get very crowded
Booked the lounge at Vancouver airport for an eight hour wait between flights. I got a good table but the lounge soon filled up and people struggled to find seats. The food was very limited. The salad bar consisted of two trays of yogurt, which was weird, a tray of coleslaw, a tray of beetroot and a tray of lettuce. No cold meats, chicken, cheese or eggs to go with the salad. Hot food was mashed potato, roasted veg, pork barbecue ribs and pasta in a tomato sauce. There was so little sauce on the pasta, that it was really just pasta. There was also a "dish of the day" which was salmon with potatoes and beetroot. There was no mention of the English mustard, liberally squirted on like a sauce, which pretty much obliterated any other flavour. On the positive side, the staff were lovely, there was a good range of hot drinks and cold fizzy drinks, two types of white wine and two of red. And the usual suspects for spirits, but not much of a choice of mixers. Nice selection of little cakes and some savory nibbles

I have recently been to the a plaza…
I have recently been to the a plaza premium lounges at Gatwick and most recently Heathrow both in the last 3 months. Both were over subscribed so struggled to find seats, the beer is a no brand, food so basic poor quality and vegan. I will be using airport eateries from now on as it’s better and cheaper.

plaza premium lounge Dubai
plaza premium lounge Dubai, Even though it is located in Terminal 3, where our connecting flight was located it took about 40 mins to get to the lounge. Was difficult to find a chair to sit and the choice of seating where not that comfortable and the lounge was not quiet. The food choices were limited. You are actually better off sitting in the main concourse as a lot of seats are reclined. Waste of £40.

I wish I'd read the reviews beforehand
I wish I'd read the reviews beforehand. Visited T5. Food seemed cheap and poor quality. No vegetarian alternatives (e.g. veggie sausages). No pastries available. Chairs all rammed together so you feel just as squashed up as in the main terminal area. Not a relaxing environment at all. Absolutely not worth the admission price.
UPDATE: I wrote to them to express my disappointment. Their response took two weeks and stated that I had been escorted to a reserved seat and didn't complain at the time, so "we won't be looking to refund you". I wasn't escorted to a reserved seat, and I hadn't asked for a refund. There was no apology or discussion of the issues I did raise. This gives me no faith whatsoever that they are open to any form of feedback. It would also suggest that other customers should complain vociferously at the time if you do want a refund.

Disappointing experience
My partner and I are travelling on a lifetime trip - we booked the lounge to relax before our long haul flights, on arrival at the lounge, after our 1st drink, we were informed their was no gin left, obviously we were disappointed, at this point we were told it was no longer a gin bar, we were not informed of the change when we booked or we would have not proceeded with this, we will not be booking this again as it’s gin we drink, Gordon’s gin will be available in a few weeks time.
