This product does work (I needed help from Tech support at first, but did get it to work), but it has now stopped. There are always scam ads popping up on the bottom of the 365GPS App that you use with it. Also, although you do not need a subscription (one time purchase fee), you do need a SIM card that you need to get from a cell phone carrier. So you are essentially paying monthly for that card with the carrier just as you would for a cell phone. Had I known more about this product I would not have purchased it..

Worst vacuum I have ever owned! Won’t even pick up loose dirt in a hard floor. No help with customer service. This is why I will only buy expensive $140 items from a known source with a good return reputation. Piece of JUNK!!!

A sewing machine is supposed to provide thread to the top and bottom of the fabric. This machine only provided thread to the top side of the fabric. There is nothing to hold the stitches in place !! WORTHLESS!!!!

Køb ikke noget fra dette firma. Bestilte en pandelampe der var nedsat fra ca 1100 kr til 599. Pengene trak de med det samme, og så skete der ikke mere før jeg begyndte at rykke. Efter mere end 1 måned, modtog jeg en pakke, men ikke med det jeg havde bestilt, men en pandelampe jeg kunne have købt til under 179 kr. Jeg føler mig SNYDT og bondefanget!

This is the worst vacuum ever. It quit working after 10 minutes. There is no power to it. No roller brush to clean carpets. It's more like a kids toy. This is junk and I would not recommend it to anyone

Ikke kjøp Osmo ProVacuum håndholdt støvsuger! Det er lureri, den er ikke en testvinner slik som reklamert. Batteritiden er latterlig, og sugeevnen enda verre. Får ikke svar fra Osmo når jeg tar kontakt.

The OSMO vacuum cleaner is a total piece of #h1t and waste of money. Being not too expensive I had low expectations, it’s way worse than expected. It has poor suction, the floor piece only works on polished floors and the tube between head and vacuum cloggs up. Not even good for cleaning inside my car. Delivery also took a long time. Do NOT BUY this product.
