le produit correspond exactement au descriptif j'ai été prévenu du délai un peu plus long de livraison; Merci beaucoup Par contre ce serait sympa si vous pouviez mettre la notice d'utilisation dans la langue du pays ou vous faites la livraison

Prompt response

I needed to cancel an order with this company, as it was made without my knowledge. The customer service was excellent and they could not have been more helpful. I only wish more companies were this helpful. A massive thank you.

I bought a hoover from Osmo UK and did not see any reviews beforehand. However when the ProVacuum arrived I was instantly disappointed with the product itself, the plasticity of the product and the bizarre microfibre cloth on the head of the hoover. I did pay using PayPal and contacted the supplier directly. I wrote several emails and always received courteous responses from their customer service dept, who offered a percentage refund and an upgrade at no additional cost without having to return the initial product. I persisted with customer service on my reluctance to accept their offer and have finally received a full and welcome refund.

My 4-year old absolutely loves her Osmo, it's very interactive and engaging. It keeps her entertained, but most of all she's learning. The customer service is also great, they respond to emails within hours! Great job Osmo!

Excellent learning tool, easy to understand, price point was reasonable.

Good stem toy that kids get interested about learning and playing at same time.
