The product advertised on their site and its description is for a real product. But, what they sent was a cheap toy knockoff not worth 10% of what I paid. When I attempt to contact the company for return and refund, they are ghosts. Total frauds - don't fall for it. Shop elsewhere. Learned my lesson.

Never delivered. Will not respond to calls or emails. I will never use this company again. This order was for tire sensors.

We did not receive the 3 boom buddy speakers we ordered. we got 3 $10 speakers instead. They said on the site returns were easy. They are not. We thought we were ordering from Wyoming in the United States. They want them returned to united Kingdom. The phone number pay pal has is an Arizona phone number that just beeps when called. I had 2 transactions one for $158 and one for $49 I feel scammed and not happy. They tried to say it was the same. We ordered 24w speakers and got tiny 5w speakers. After looking deeper the whole site seems like a scam. Disappointed

It's a peace of S... It clearly cost them 2 bucks to make and they want 60+$ for it. customer service doesn't exist either save yourself the head ache and call a professional if you really have a problem.

I purchased the OSMO stick vacuum and used it for about 1/2 hour. The strip on the bottom detached and got stuck in the roller. The suction is dismal at best. It doesn’t work on my area rugs. When I ran it on my wood floors there was debris left behind that I swept up. The instructions are poorly written. I asked to return it for a refund and the response was I’d have to pay to ship it back or I could keep it and get a $20 refund. It’s going in the garbage!

I bought an air purifier from Osmo, and the advertisement on their website was extremely misleading. The product is very bare-bones. It has no on/off switch at all. To turn it off, you have to unplug the very short cable from the USB port. There also appears to be no way to disassemble the air purifier to clean the inside or replace any filter, if there is even a filter, which I seriously doubt. The device simply runs whenever it is plugged into a USB port. I tried to return the product and get a full refund, but Osmo has repeatedly refused to provide proper return instructions. Instead, they keep trying to push me toward a 30% partial refund or an exchange for another product. I have sent at least seven emails clearly stating that I want to return the product and receive a full refund. They claim on their website that they have good reviews on Trustpilot and Google Reviews, but based on my experience, I do not trust those claims at all. This feels like a scam, and I will be reporting it to Consumer Affairs in Australia. Do not buy anything from Osmo. Based on my experience, you will regret it immensely.
