Ordered their shipping label printer on May 30th which was listed on their website as "In stock and ready to ship". It's currently 6 weeks later and all I have are a bunch of AI generated customer service email replies saying- "Thank you for your message. I completely understand that you'd like a more specific shipping date, and I apologize that I can't provide one just yet. To help move things along, I've flagged your order with our fulfillment team and requested an update so we can get your order shipped as soon as possible. As soon as we receive an update or your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We appreciate it and will do our best to get your order on its way as quickly as possible. Best regards, Jethro Customer Care Specialist" Again listed as in stock and ready to ship. Other reviews indicate their products are crap. Order cancelled/refund requested, hopefully that won't take as long.

This is one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. The window washer didn’t function at all after troubleshooting with their staff for 10 days. Then told to get refund I had to ship the cleaner to England at my expense within a 2 week window from date of purchase, which had already expired as it was 3 weeks before they shipped. They also sold me a 3 on bottle of glass cleaner for $27. A gallon costs $12 at Amazon. Stay away from this company!!!

Worst thing on the market. The instructions are awful impossible to follow. The things that happen in the video doesn't happen on the gimbal. The functions work sometimes the follow application is terrible. Buy a better one. Absolutely a POS.

I don’t trust that this company will ever send my 2 paddles to me. I will not and do not recommend them. I have asked for a full refund & if not received will contact the appropriate agency’s to investigate them. Teddy S

This is my first robot vacuum and I must say it's as dumb as a box of rocks. It gets stuck on everything. Rug runners, doorway, even in an open corner with nothing in it's way. Don't buy this. It is absolutely horrible. It's like you have to babysit this thing. AI mapping my butt.. I gave it a 1 star because you can't go lower.

I ordered a multi-tool from Osmo. What they advertised versus what I received was completely different, didn't have the selling features of the tool they were advertising- false advertisement. After sending a complaint, they said that's what they now sell with similar features of what they advertised- nothing like what I expected to receive. That was my attempt to try an unknown brand, now sticking with the Leatherman Surge. Osmo falsely advertised a product. Of course they offer a 25% refund if you return the product, spend money to return it just to get a few dollars back. My suggestion, don't buy from Osmo, you won't receive what they're advertising.

I placed an order for the Dash Cam Pro for 149.99. Their advertisement said it included the rear dash cam. After checkout it asked if I wanted to add the rear dash camera for 49.99. I was gonna still need it so I said to add it. Then it asked if I wanted to buy the rear cable kit for 39.99. I tried to contact customer service immediately to cancel the order because I had been mislead. They did not respond and sent everything to me. I am in the process of shipping everything back for a refund. So disappointed. Customer service is not as presented on the web pages. The web page says everything you want to hear but fails to live up to it.

False advertisement. I have been going back and forth to get a full not a partial but a full refund . I received a product that I did not pay for ,not my mistake but Osmo's mistake and yet they only want to give me a partial refund? If I paid for an advertised item then I expect to have received what is advertised item not what they want to send me . And still waiting for a full refund...SMH
