OsmoReviews of playosmo.com

What a sham, bought a stick vacuum, absolute piece of rubbish. Requested a refund as the product that arrived has no relation to what was described on their site. Complete waste of money and their customer service team has stopped replying.

This company charged my card but never sent an order confirmation, nor a tracking number, nor the product that was due to arrive ahead of a trip. When I try to call the CS # it is constantly busy.

Hi, I have had osmo for over a year and every time we try and play the ABC game it never recognizes the pieces.

We used Osmo oil UV protection for Cedar Cladding and we followed all the time frames to weather the wood and applied the Oil and within 6 months found it very patchy in places. We bought the oil and painted it again and yet the problem continued after a few months. I contacted customer service and send the pictures of the cladding and asked for them to send a technician to look at it or do a product search if there were issues with the particular batch as it was very abnormal. It's an ongoing issue with customer service, I have answered all the questions on the application and yet they continue going around in a circle. The product is definitely not for outdoor & is a false claim of UV protection Oil. I have used Osmo for indoor wood and have had no problem. But the outdoor UV protection Oil is a Ripoff and I would not recommend it to anyone. It is really sad to see the state of my Cladding and the company would not even send a replacement or a technician to look at the problem a customer has faced using their product which is so expensive and not worth the price. I wish they have better customer service and did not waste my time sending them all the answers to questions like details on sanding, temperature and time frame between coats.

Kedelig stil,at man laver et produkt for børn som så kun kan køre på æblemærkes hundedyre tablets til overpris. Det ender med at blive et ret dyrt produkt, som kan blive svært for de familier med et lille budget

The apps are NOT according to age guidance. Not intuitive like sago mini or khan academy and those were extremely reasonably priced. Spent over $200 and my kid didn’t show a 10th of an interest compared to other apps I paid much less for.

A gimmick in my opinion, kids used it for two days and didn’t want to use it again, it just repeats too much for the kids, selling it in eBay as I purchased several different packs for it.

Do not order from their website as it’s dodgy. They take payment and do not send confirmation of your order and then say they have no record of your order! Very poor customer service! They do not have a clue and did not help! Awful awful
