I will never use osmo again. This is just a scam.

Deux appareils anti moustiques achetés au prix fort - presque 200 euros les deux - à la livraison ce sont les mêmes gadgets que l'on trouve à peu près partout à 10 euros environ et qui ne fonctionnent pas vraiment, pas de notice d'utilisation digne de ce nom, et un des deux appareils ne fonctionne pas... J'espérais être garanti par le prix élevé, je me suis fait bien avoir !

This is a pure scam! I wish I read all the reviews before I bought this product. The GPS system does not work at all as a ”live” update and it is not accurate at all. The customer service is also really bad. I got 30% payback but still wasted about 70€

I ordered the Osmo KittyFind GPS tracker from the Toputra website and paid $90.34. This product is specifically for cats but I received a product called Pet Locators with a collar large enough for a German Shepherd. The GPS unit wouldn't charge and all instructions were in Chinese. (I'm in the U.S.) The QR code took me to a Chinese website. I contacted the company for help or an offer to return the product for a refund. They requested detailed info and unboxing photos. After I submitted those, they replied with the same email as their original, as if I hadn't sent anything at all. They did ultimately send an instruction manual in English which had absolutely nothing to do with the product. I just want a refund at this point but the company just responds in circles, with a computer-generated message. Based on my experience, I believe both Toputra and Osmo are a scam.

I purchased something on playosmo.com the 08/07/25 and today the 27/07/25 I didn't got what I paid for. I suspect that it's a scam site.

Do not use them. Took forever to arrive and when it finally did it was in different packaging

Bought an epilator, it should have been £99 but came with a 15% discount so i thought it must be good! Was i wrong?! It arrived in a cheap battered box so straight away i requested a refund because i realised id made a mistake but was refused as it is for intimate care. Even though it was sealed in plastic. So i thought ok..ill give it a go... The epilator is cheap plastic and takes several runs over the skin to even start. So i messaged Osmo with my concerns and they gave me 20% off....great. I thought id try the razor...it does nothing at all and the dermoplaner just ripped my skin. I came with no instructions or care guide, its cheap and nasty. Avoid!!!!
