OsmoReviews of playosmo.com

I purchased what I thought was the best vacuum on the market, osmo pro vacuum,as advertised on line, cost £149, found the suction very very poor when cleaning carpets, roller brush should be motorised which would improve dirt lift up,manual in box was for a verslife vacuum which is similar to osmo,I haven't a clue how to change haipa filter,am thinking about having a word with trading standards as I think I have been conned,A Clark

This company is a fraud. Don't purchase anything. They have not delivered the product although they say they have. They gave me the phone number of a courier in China. Not even connected. Don't fall victim please. They are putting up their own reviews.

Worst vacuum ever !!! Don’t get caught up. WARNING: it’s rubbish!!!

Not only is this bit of kit rubbish, the company offered me 25% back should I return it. Do not deal with OSMO

Leaf blower is a glorified hair dryer. What a waste of $$$.

Cat finder from osmo is a scam. Many pop-up ads followed by attempts to steal money from checking account. Try to return and gave me a United Kingdom address..

Do I even have to leave a 1 Star in this review. So, I purchased the OSMO Vacuum watching the advertisement and so on. I think they write their own positive reviews through a AI generated program. The equipment that I got was of poorly made thin plastic and looked like a kids toy. The suction on it is nothing like the advertisement video. Not even at fully charged. My 15 yrs old Dyson does a much better job then this OSMO thing. I requested to return these items. But the catch is you have to return these items to the United Kingdom not from where they shipped it to you. Since I had 2 items and the cheapest cost to return these 2 were going to be $130. plus. Not worth spending that much, I'll donate these damn things to Goodwill. I highly DO NOT recommend being a fool like me and purchasing this on-line piece of crap. They company should be ashamed and U.S. goods has to ban these poor quality made products and the company here in the states who ships for them should be ashamed that they're willing to be part of an organization of duping customers.

Got junk from Alibaba. But it was CE-marked junk... without any of the information that normally should be on a CE-marked product, so obviously a FAKE CE-mark. The other product wasn't CE-marked at all. Both of them illegal imports. So I threatened with reporting to authorities and quickly got all my money back.
