OsmoReviews of playosmo.com

Shocking! I obviously bought from a fraud site, which seems to have been taken down now. It did show that there was a 90 day return policy, I took a photo when we site was still up and they said there's a 2 week window for returns, which isn't in keeping with the original detail. The other thing is I read reviews on trust pilot which appeared good, now they've changed and it has poor reviews? Vacuum is shocking, no power, hours for recharge. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a particular well reviewed record player and they delivered a different record player, which on Amazon costs 1/3 what I paid. To return it, this company that lists an address in Wyoming would require me to return it at my own cost to an address in the United Kingdom. I'm in California. They started by offering me a 20% refund and I could keep the lousy record player. I refused and they upped it to 30%. I still refused and they upped it to 50%. I still refused and demanded a 70% refund. Shipping it to the UK would cost more than the 30% I would be losing. At first they said no. But upon threats to report them to my credit card as fraudulent -- which they clearly were -- offering one thing and delivering a different inferior item, they finally agreed after a 60 minute chat session. So I have a really crummy record player that I don't want and will donate to Goodwill and am out $38. Don't trust Osmo

Purchased " vacuum", I used this word loosely, 5 weeks ago. Had major surgery and didnt use unit right away. I was completely disappointed with the performance, quality of materials used, and cost for said product. "Customer service" says ne request for refund is outside 14 day return policy, I never saw this posted on the ad, I would not have bought when I did. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT OR COMPANY TO ANYONE

Ordered a queen size electric blanket......sent a throw size.....took 6 weeks to receive from china.....wife plugged it in and stopped working just shy of an hour....been a real shit show.....don't waist your time or money

Ordered over a month ago, still no hoover. Refuse refund and other reviews rate the hoover as a toy.

This is the absolute worst frying. I threw it in the garbage. You will regret buying this

DO NOT BUY THIS VACUUM! They promised 2-4 days for delivery. Day nine I contacted them and they said it’s on the way. It came the next day. What a piece of junk! This vacuum has no suction. I contacted them again and told them I wanted a refund and they wanted details and pictures why which I gave them. They understood my complaints and sent me a form to fill out and instructions to return the pile of crap. Once they receive it they will refund my money. It goes to the UK!! Has anyone received the same information? Has anyone actually sent it back and got a refund? How much did it cost to send it? This company is a fraudulent in every way. I am preparing to fight them and asking others to do the same. That’s the only way to get them shut down. I’ll keep you posted. DO NOT BUY THIS VACUUM!

The OSMO stick vac is one piece of garbage. Hardly any suction. The floor attachment doesn't move freely. It gets stuck on carpeting. Nothing gets picked up by it. The machine is a total ripoff!
