I’ accidentally ordered the wrong item, I bought another one so I could give it to my brother, as they said I could get a refund on the one I don’t need, still waiting for my returns label, they aren'y reply to any emails or messages on social media, what an absolute joke!! its unused and still in the box I just want my money back

J’ai commandé une manette indique comme disponible mais qui n’a toujours pas été livré après presque 1 mois d’attente. Le service client a fait le choix de ne pas répondre à mes sollicitations via leur interface de leur site. Bref, même si vous vous faites livrer par un autre vendeur, il y a de forte probabilité qu’en cas de pannes, le fabricant persiste dans son silence. Vous aurez alors beaucoup de mal à faire valoir la garantie. Il est possible que leur service client soit déborder par de nombreux problèmes à gerer. Mais ce n’est jamais bon signe… J’espère un hypothétique remboursement s’ils sont honnêtes…

Read the review written by Takmen. I’m having exactly the same issue. Was told that order can’t be cancelled even though I attempted to cancel a day after ordering. Apparently it had been marked as shipped but wasn’t shipped until 4 days later. So I had to wait for item to arrive and compete online return form. Still waiting for a returns label which was promised over a week ago. Didn’t receive the label and emails seem to be ignored.

It took a full week for an order to arrive. Seeing how long it was taking (Amazon UK had the same price and next day delivery) I tried to get more details about when it will arrive from customer service, they didn't get back to me with any updates. Then I tried to cancel the order next day, they got back to me 8 hours later with a no. I asked for a return after receiving the product and it's been another week and they still haven't sent me shipment barcode, so I can't send it back. At this point, they are either ignoring me or being extremely slow, I assume I will never be able to get my money back and I didn't even open the box! Terrible customer service, just buy it from a third party seller, never shop directly with them.

Pessima logistica, acquisto due oggetti e me ne viene inviato solo uno. Servizio clienti inesistente. Mandano decine di email di pubblicità ma nessuna risposta in una settimana alla richiesta di supporto. Ho dovuto coinvolgere paypal che fortunatamente avevo usato per l’acquisto per ricevere il rimborso. Totalmenre inaffidabili!

Ordering direct from backbone was a slower delivery process than usual. It took 9 days from ordering to delivery. In this day and age of Amazon prime, and online commerce - that feels way too long, especially for a tech product. The product however is 5 stars. Absolutely love my backbone.

This company is a joke took my money then cancelled my order and didnt return my money emailed no reply so famz stay away backbone what a joke of a company you are I hope Youse get what's coming to Youse
