Platinum LED Therapy , The Only Way
I bought the Platinum Biomax Series 900 Red Lights with a horizontal stand first in 2021 . They are still running great. I gave them to my sister who needed them for medical reasons and I was moving to Hawaii. Then I bought the newest Biomax Ultra + Ultra with the motorized horizontal stand. I use the lights 20 to 30 minutes, each side, 3 to 4 days a week. I give it a break once in a while . I love the way it makes me feel I have RA (Rheumatoid Arthritus). It also heals my scar tissue each time I have surgery. I wouldn't live without it It has also stalled the progression of my sister's Wet Macular Degeneration. She has been using the lights for a year + now. She is going to start her son , My nephew who has terrible headaches from a brain tumor , on the Red Light therapy also. Thank You to Platinum LED

Beware of the "Return Policy" and Robotic Support It is too early for me to evaluate the therapeutic results of the BioMax 300, but the customer service experience has been very disappointing. I contacted the support team to confirm the exact conditions for a return while my unit was still factory-sealed and unopened. I was actually considering upgrading to a superior model, but the interaction was so poor that I changed my mind. Instead of a human answer, I received the exact same bot-generated template twice, completely ignoring my specific questions about the costs involved. The "60-Day Guarantee" is misleading: The brand knows most customers won't execute a return because they impose a 20% restocking fee plus expensive international shipping costs. Even when I tried to get a clear breakdown of these fees for my specific case (unopened, just received, and within the 14-day window) to make an informed decision, I only received automated responses.

Terrible experience.
Terrible experience. I bought a sauna unit that arrived defective. After dealing with support, they sent a replacement, but I chose to return it and followed their refund policy. They still refused to refund me. It got worse during the dispute with my payment provider. They made completely false claims about me, including things that never happened, just to avoid taking responsibility. Defective product, refused refund, and dishonest behavior. Stay away.

Extremely well designed and built.
The units are extremely well made. I've had one since 2016 and recently bought another so I could have the face each other to save session time. Nice high power levels and well cooled means they will last. The new one has a nice variety of settings and timers. The user interface is simple to understand and use. Great product!

Great experience
The ordering process was easy and the delivery came early. I love the products. The horizontal stand is key. I highly recommend Platinum Red light therapy panels.
