They did a wonderful job the only reason I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5 was because they kept addressing me with my predecessor name instead of mine. Even though I had my name clear as day in my email responds. Other than that they did an excellent job!

The rep assisting was very prompt in response with our order. She prepared the information accurately and answered questions promptly. The pricing was fair for the items purchased. We were given a ship date and who to contact if any questions.

My company places many large orders with Plastek Cards monthly and the service along with products are always wonderful. The staff is always very helpful especially since I am always in a hurry for an answer. Jennifer H, has done a terrific job helping manage all the orders we place! Thank you!

The actual card product is fine. However the fulfillment part is a problem. We have often had problems with the printing and errors. With our first fulfillment order we were informed we were short 39 cards (due to printing errors on fulfillment departments part) to complete the 300 purchase. The only way they would be reprinted is if we renewed our order. We did so, and was informed that the next first order, which had mistakes again, would make us short. We contacted a supervisor who said they always print over and we would not be charged for needing extra due to their mistakes. The second order had another mistake. We had to state we were not responsible for shipping replacement orders, due to printing mistakes. We have to wait extra time for the reprinted cards to come. We are not happy with how things are handled.

Each time we need to produce gift card, membership card or any other similar card we contact Cindy at Plastek Cards. We find the pricing to always be lower than the compitition and she is great to work with. Our cards are always produced and shipped in a timely manner. We are happy with the product each time it arrives.

We are ASI and PPAI certified as a promotional vendor reseller. We do a large volume of products on a monthly basis and are often solicited by various plastic companies. I have tried a few other companies but do come back to PlaskTek Cards because of the service & the relationship I have with my rep Coleen Bistor. I enjoy working with her, she is very professional & has a sense of humor
