As a first-time customer, I found Plastek Cards with a Google search online. I was pleased with the website presentation and started an online "chat" with Jorge. He was very helpful and sent me a quote right away. Even more helpful was his attention to detail as he walked me through the process of uploading my camera-ready art and authorizing the order. I was very pleased, as were my supervisors, with the finished product and we are now placing our second order - twice as large as the first!

We have been using Plastek Cards for the past 4 to 5 years now. We chose a hard plastic card (same as a credit card) as our business cards and we throw it in every item that we sell. The hard plastic card is also used as a squeegee for our decals, so it doubles as a tool and a marketing coupon code card. Plastek Cards, Inc customer service is great. I simply email them and they fill my order, of course this is after my initial first order. Any new updates on the cards can also be emailed to them and they will update the design before printing. A+ service for us. Thanks.

The ordering process was extremely easy and quick. We were very happy with the gift cards we purchased and the quick processing time. We were in a bind to get some new gift cards, so we did pay for the rush processing and it was well worth it. We will be ordering again and this will be where we get all our gift cards from now on.

I am in the midst of opening up a new restaurant and lounge in South Beach, Florida. I have just a few weeks left to open so i was relieved that I could call Plastek cards and chat with them directly to help get my order under way efficiently.
