Very easy to work with and they have gone out of their way to help us every time wehave an issue.

I had some last minute things come up and needed our items faster. I spoke to management, and they saved us. Great company. If you have any issues or questions and the normal support person doesn't help (she didn't seem to care about helping me), reach out to the management for excellent support.

Ordered from this company a while ago. The lead time is industry standard and the quality was great. Would certainly use them for future orders.

This order was the first time I ordered gift cards direct instead of paying the inflated price from our POS vendor. The rep from Plastek was very patient and helpful. When I tried to order something that wasn't "typical" he would point that out to me so I could reconfirm with our POS company. I will definitely order from Plastek again.
