Plan Hero is my hero. I use this app in probably a more unconventional way than most users. My family and I use it to cover babysitting/Hangout Buddy time with my toddler. Due to my husband and my work schedules there regularly a few hours each week that need to be covered and we are blessed to have plenty of family nearby that love to spend time with her. I create a signup schedule each month, send out the link to any family members that want to be included, and everyone gets a chance to look it over and claim a spot. It has been especially useful for days my husband and I are out of town and there are several full days and overnights to work out. It’s such a relief to spend a few minutes each month planning out the days for the next one, and knowing all I have to do is send a link to get it covered instead of having to call around and play telephone to get things worked out. This app is well managed, easy to use, and a true life-saver for this mom’s sanity. I’ve been highly impressed with the personal experience I’ve received any time I needed help with some part of the app or just a general overview of new bells and whistles.
