Excellent program.
Everything runs very cleanly, intuitively, and smoothly. The graphics and interface are elegant and simple. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is that I always believe there is some room for improvement.

Support is tremendous!
We are still getting used to PlanHero, so it is a little early to give a full review. Initial experience with support cannot be beat. 6 ****** out of a possible 5.

Intuitive and easy to use, but some glitches
I used this website to create a sign up for a multi-day, event with multiple different activities, locations, and time slots every day, and it worked very well. Creating the signup is very intuitive and edits are quick and easy. I love that volunteers were able to create an account and can go back and edit anything they've signed up for. I also love the reminder feature. The only trouble I ran into was that several volunteers had trouble signing up for time slots because of a couple odd glitches. I'm not sure what the issue was because most could use it just fine. It was easy enough to go in and sign them up manually though.

Rebecca - Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review! We are so happy that we were able to determine the source of the error for the volunteers that you mentioned. It had to do with a large platform change and a particular sequence that a couple of your volunteers made, which caused them to encounter the error. Fortunately, as soon as we were aware of it, we were able to remedy the problem (on August 15, 2021). Everything should be smooth sailing from here on out! Many thanks for your kind words.

It is too early to give a proper review…
It is too early to give a proper review as the event has not happened. I found this platform relatively easy for the 1st time using it. I think one needs to be able to select the time zone of the event while making the event. Right beside the clock. No ifs, and, or buts on that one. I made my invitation in a different time zone than where my event is and somewhere the tine zone was displayed incorrect. Someone from customer service did get back with me and showed me how to change the zone and the sign up appears to be fine. I like how easily it is to use on both my computer and phone and how you can have multiple dates. Not entirely sure on this compliment: It may be easy for the user to go in and cancel and change a time as well. I say this because someone wrote me through the platform that they signed up for an incorrect head count. When I went to go in a change it for her, she had already corrected the mistake. That's all. Hoping when I use it in the future the cost wot be too high. Regards, Courtney

Working well
Working well, a little clumsy setting up but mostly good. It would be nice to have an event template, to copy and make setting up subsequent events easier

Hey Dave -- Thanks so much for taking the time to review PlanHero. You have the ability to duplicate any event. So after you get the first event created, you can simply duplicate it (like a template) for your subsequent events. You'll just need to enter a new Event Title and change the start dates (as needed).
