My Alchemy water purifier is a great product and one that I depend upon daily for great tasting and clean drinking water. After my machine developed a small problem, I had some reservations about how long I'd be without purified water. I probably caused the problem using cleaning solution near the rubber washers that seal the pitcher to the motor. Over time, this may have caused the washers to not seal properly. I contacted Piurify Customer Service and explained my dilemma and asked if I could purchase a new pitcher or replacement washers. Photos were sent and after a very quick review, I received a no-cost resolution in warp speed time. Mark, with Customer Service was very responsive and understanding and I received a package the next day. The Piurify Alchemy is a great product that I can't live without, but the streamlined Customer Service process (Mark) is also a great product. It's rare these days to receive such high-quality post-purchase product support. The Piurify Alchemy is WELL worth the money for the return of daily clean and crisp tasting drinking water as well as the reduction of plastic bottles in the landfill reducing pollution in our environment. I've tried multiple water purifying products through the years, but the Piurify Alchemy is hands down a superior product in the market if you are seeking clean and crisp drinking water for minimal cost.

My herbalist told me there was great benefit in using this product so I purchased the machine and my husband and I have used it daily for over a year now. My son bought the portable unit, as he is very into fitness and healthy living. He even takes it on vacation, not wanting to miss a day. In addition I have found this company to have stellar customer service, which is a rare thing these days. It has been a pleasure doing business with them.

Veey easy to use but the water volume capacity is too small. Only 9 ounces of water compared to other models that have glass and hold more water. Disappointed since I paid so much more for this product.
Response from PIURIFYJan 13, 2026
Hi Sabrina! I’m really sorry to hear you felt disappointed, and I truly appreciate you sharing this feedback. I understand how frustrating it can feel when the capacity isn’t what you expected, especially after investing in a premium product. Please check your email—we’ve reached out so we can make this right for you. We’d love the opportunity to make it up to you.😊🙏
