Piurify service is top notch. I had an issue with one of their products and John from the service department was very helpful and resolved my issue within a day and a half. Piurify makes great products and will use again.

I had contacted Piurify regarding the delivery of the Hydrogen water bottle. Tey were very kind and professional with my concerns and said they will contact the delvery company. When I discovered it was delivered to my neighbor, I called Piurify back and they were very understanding. They are helpful with questions on setup and efficiency .

Piurify is top notch and professional and courteous as it gets! I don’t mind paying a little extra money to have such good people to go to if I have a need. They could not of been anymore helpful and then some. As far as the hydrogen bottle, it has helped me in lots of ways but the one that stands out the most is this. I’m 47, I haven’t been able to lay down and fall asleep since I was 20. I usually toss n turn for an hour or 2 then finally go to sleep. Since I’ve been drinking this, I can now lay down and be out in 10-15 minutes. That right there is worth its weight in gold, priceless

I have had my Purify water unit for 15 months. I decided to test the water it was producing. After testing the water, I found that the unit was under performing. I contacted Purify and was very impressed with the response time to get back with you as well as their customer service. They asked me to try a few simple things and it still under performed. I contacted with results and within a few I was contacted that a new base was being shipped. You got to like a company that stands behind their product.

Excellent customer service

I called customer support after 2 years of owning the product. My pitcher seemed to be have a small leak with it. I asked if I could purchase a replacement, they advised me they did not sell it. In the same email they instantly offered to send me a replacement free of charge and I cannot recommend their customer service enough. It is good to see a company standing behind their product nowadays this well
