PIURIFYReviews of piurify.com

This is my 3rd product from Piurify and it’s the best one yet! The hydro flask that they’ve put together is simply incredible and you can feel the difference it makes on the body.

An agent was quick to respond and answer all my questions. I’m so excited to use my piurify Hydrogenator® Bottle. TY for helping me understand how to use it.

The service and the product our both superb 👌

I had contacted Piurify’s customer service that my hydrogenator bottle and pitcher wasn’t producing the ppb hydrogen as promised in your website. I tested both items the hydrogenator bottle gave 500 ppb and the pitcher only 300ppb. These were far from what your website claimed. I contacted your customer service and John was the one who helped me. He explained very clearly to me the possible issues and said that he would try to get me a replacement for the base of the hydrogenator bottle and a replacement for the pitcher. Dianna was also another representative that helped me. Both of them were SUPERB in their dealing with my issues. They were kind, understanding and very polite. They did all they can to help me resolve these problems. I bought the bottle and pitcher because I trusted Piurify’s products. I even recommended all my friends to buy from your company instead of some other. I know they did. I just want the management to know that John and Dianna’s service deserve recognition. They went out of their way to assist me and communicate with me through email every step of the way. They went out of their way to help. This is truly admirable and deserves recognition. Not many companies have customer service like the one I received from John and Dianna. And I have dealt with many companies from whom I purchased things. I highly recommend friends and post on social media how great Piurify’s customer service is. John and Dianna deserves recognition. They are exemplary of stellar customer service. With gratitude to them for their help. Keep up the good work John and Dianna. Piurify have me, my family & friends customers for life.

Had problems with several products. All were handled promptly. Excellent customer service!

This bottle is easy to use, easy to keep clean and works exactly as promised. LOVE it.

This is an incredible product. Nothing else on the market can compare to the quality, speed and ease of this Alchemy pitcher. Also, I can't say enough good things about how wonderful the customer support team is. They are really on top of things, quick to find a solution and make a customer, not just feel like - but actually KNOW that I am a customer they truly care about. It's an incredible gift of health for family, friends, new couples, new neighbors, church/community groups - anyone who cares about truly clean, great tasting, quickly filtered water. I'm so very glad I bought one!

I previously left a review concerning the issues I had with my original order, but since then, I am pleased to report that their customer service dept (specifically, John) was quick to respond to my complaint and replace my original water bottle with another one that has worked flawlessly. To John's credit, he has been quite diligent and thorough in his efforts to assure my satisfaction and continues to check in. In the end, all is well. Thank you, John!
