I tasked PITS with recovering patient notes for my psychotherapist girlfriend that were essential to her practice. In the process of upgrading to Big Sur OS, the installer froze because of lack of hard drive space, so she couldn't access her files. PITS recovered all her data onto an external drive. We were able to reinstall the Big Sur (after wiping the machine) and transfer all her files back to her now functional computer. Kudos to all at PITS for a job well done.

When I fried the controller on my 1TB hard drive, my heart just about stopped. About 300 GB of data, some being very critical, were just gone. I immediately contacted PITS Global, and sent the drive to them. I was hopeful, but having never gone the route of using a professional data recovery service, I still didn't have a good feeling, since I didn't even know if my data was recoverable. PITS Global kept me in the loop as to the process, and held my hand the entire way, and they were able to recover every file on the damaged drive! I can't describe the load lifted from me when they connected me remotely to see the recovered data. I am so completely thankful for PITS Global; words aren't enough. Totally professional! Thank you!!!

Amazing! That went above and beyond. Communication was great. They keptjnformed every step of the way. I was really nervous but they answered every question. Only thing that I wasn't real happy with was after I got back or took awhile fir them to get back to me.
