I had all but given up on retrieving the data on my computer. I had a whole book on my word program that I thought was lost forever as well as many other writings and pictures. What a miracle to get ALL of that data back. Everyone who I talked to was helpful especially Zack who helped me step by step in getting the data on my new computer. At least a 5 star rating. I ended up completely wiping clean my external hard drive trying to solve an issue with it myself. I found PITS Data Recovery after searching the web and they had good reviews. I submitted an inquiry and was called within the hour. They listened to my story, were very professional, explained the service and process. I sent in my hard drive and then within a few weeks reviewed the data they were able to recover (I didn't need a quick turnaround, but they do offer that for those that need it). Every person I worked with was super responsive and courteous. Highly recommend! I liked that they don't charge you if they aren't able to recover any data.

I found everyone at PITS from their customer reps to the engineers to be very professional, resourceful and responsible. I had two video c-fast cards from a corporate production shoot that were corrupted and I wasn't sure if they would be able to recover the video files with their metadata intact. They figured it out and spent quite a while reformatting the files for me until they were perfect. They were also always easy to reach on the phone and very responsive. Nothing but good things to say.

My memory card crashed with over two thousand photos for my clients and they quickly recovered all of my photos and returned them on an external hard drive. I am so thankful to them as is the bride who’s photos were almost lost but they recovered them!!
