Fantastic customer service. They were somewhat flexible with my budget and fit my needs completely. I opted for a long turn around time, and they provided an update right as I started to wonder what the status was. They were completely successful in the recovery, and were prompt in returning both the recovered data and the original drives.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! Not only was the customer service wonderful, I got all my important work files back! The service is pricey, but well worth it in a situation where you lose everything to hard drive damage. It was timely and efficient. Hopefully I won't need the service again, however, if I do, this is the only place I will trust with the job.

The service I received was a described by the representative. There was some serious paperwork and agreements to protect PITS but I guess it is necessary in this day and age. I received the recovered information on time as stated in the agreement. The cost was relatively high but all data and files were recovered. It was worth it.
