PITS Data RecoveryReviews of pitsdatarecovery.com

all around good, good communication, good wait times. price was a bit of a jump care

The process was smooth and they recovered the data we needed. It was also a fair price.

I had an excellent experience with this data recovery service. They successfully recovered my files, which meant so much to me, and the entire process was professional and transparent from start to finish. A special thank you to Samuel, who was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout every step of the process. He kept me updated, answered all of my questions, and made a very stressful situation much easier to navigate. I truly appreciate the team's expertise and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable data recovery services. Thank you again for helping me recover my important files!

We had the data we wanted recovered. That made the experience rewarding. It's tramatic to lose important files because normally you're helpless to get it back. We were able to get the data back.

It’s the same old song and dance, freshly copied data to a different drive and wiped the old one for data protection. THEN 2 days later the drive I copied data to crashed. I reached out to get the drive recovered and PITS Data Recovery was very reassuring and I was able to connect to a shared screen and browse my recovered data to verify they recovered all my data before they transferred it to a new drive to mail to me. Excellent Customer Service

PITS was able to stay within my budget. They provided remote access to view the data making sure it was intact. I was able to download a zip file with all of the files and it worked out great. They delivered within the time frame asked.

I worked with Samuel at PITS Data Recovery Services and highly recommend him to work with and PITS to do any data recovery you might be in need of. They were able to recover data from a severely scratched hard drive with great results.

I have worked with this company before and they are very professional and are able to get my data. Timely service as well.
