PITS Data RecoveryReviews of pitsdatarecovery.com

I sent in a broken hard drive, and the recovery process couldn’t have been made more pleasant. They provided a polite and easy recovery with great communication and plenty of recovery options were provided for both Mac and PC, excited to get all my old photos back!

I am definitely happy with the results and with the overall service. Everything was clear from the beginning. The quote options were provided after the inspection was completed, and the recovery was successfully finished. The team was helpful throughout the entire process, whether the case involved an individual or a business device. They also offer multiple turnaround options, which makes it easier to choose what works best for your situation. Special thanks to the sales representatives who guided me through the process from start to finish.

I was having a severe hardware failure with my external Seagate hard drive. I plugged it into a faulty USB splitter that, and afterwards, any computer I plugged it into was unable to read it and had another device turn off. I looked into many solutions but ended up sitting on the drive for 2 years. Most recovery places were very doubtful about recovering the data, but eventually I found Pits. It could do the hardware failure recovery data that was needed, was very reliable, and had lots of good reviews. The process was clear and communicative first and foremost. They were the first people of the many places I contracted that actually understood my USB splitter issue out the gate. The person that helped me out specifically was Kevin, who was very friendly. He specified all the details I needed very upfront, like cost, time, and options. He was nice and very understanding about my specific issues. I got a phonecall the same day I sent my emails, and was able to get all the details. I was fine with waiting however long it would take, as I’d already been sitting on it for 2 years, but they got it back to me a few weeks sooner than I expected! I got 100% of my data back!

All files were recovered. Pits Data Recovery told me it would be about a month, but I received the files in 17 days. They were very transparent about pricing. No surprise charges. Would definitely use them again. Samuel was very accommodating and helped me through all processes. Would definitely use Pits Data Recovery again. But hopefully I learned my lesson to back up my data.

Professionalism, speed in recovery, great service and coutesy abound.

Very pleased with the service. My data was recovered completely, and the whole process was handled professionally. Saved me hours of work trying to recreate the missing data.

They were extremely transparent throughout the entire process and communicated clearly every step of the way. One thing that stood out to me was that they allowed me to visit their facility and personally hand over my drives. That gave me a great deal of confidence, especially since I was worried about the possibility of the drives being lost or damaged in transit. Their technicians were also highly knowledgeable. I was able to have detailed discussions about my situation, and it was clear they understood both the technical challenges involved and the way my data was structured. That level of expertise made me feel confident that my case was in capable hands.
