Pitch-UsReviews of pitch-us.com

I ordered a 100k+ organic stream boost from Pitch-us in December, expecting real promotion. Instead, most of the streams were removed, proving they were not organic. When I raised this issue, they offered to submit my track to verified, bot-free Spotify playlists as compensation. However, it turns out that at least seven of the playlists they placed me on were 100% botted, as confirmed by a human reviewer on artists.tools. This fraudulent promotion put my music at risk, and now even my previous distributor is flagging my tracks due to suspicious streaming data. I have contacted Pitch-us multiple times for a refund, but they completely ignore my messages. Their lack of professionalism and dishonest practices are unacceptable. If you care about your music career, avoid this company at all costs—they are misleading artists and selling fake promotion that can harm your Spotify profile.

Pesimo servicio estoy esperando el rembolso hace varios meses y todavia no me envian mi dinero, me dijieron que dentro de 24hs me enviaban un correo y no me enviaron nada, el peor servicio que contrate.

I've worked with pitch us on 3 releases. My latest release got flagged for bots. I emailed them and they responded with a new offer. When I asked for the new offer on a new release they ghosted me. Really disappointed because I loved their services but getting flagged for bots has ruined my progress on spotify.... **Update** They honored the new offer, however, one week after the new offer went into effect I received another notification that artificial streams were detected on my new release. Beware

Got screwed over by pitch is I ordered a 10000 stream for Spotify then I was emailed they lost the link and Then I’ve been flagged on SoundCloud now I can’t release anything. I’m having issues monetizing and I had a successful run my fist four campaigns last year then this campaign I just bought on the 2nd of march still hasn’t started yet I think I’ll take them to court for false advertising sue them on behalf of all the people affected by pitch-us it’s the 21st and still no results. Purely they are using bots I’m gonna reach out to My Facebook followers and instagram followers and TikTok followers that pitch-us is a pyramid scheme

I was worried because my campaign was delayed and I wasn't getting a response, but it seems like all the technical issues have finally been resolved, and Olivia at Pitch-us showed me her best interest. Previous campaigns with them were great, and I hope this one will be as well.

Scam They will get money in advance, and will not deliver service. You will not be able for money refund. Avoid this scam, please

Scam. These scumbags are lying about their services, clearly bot-farm streams, and now my DSP has flagged my entire account and is threatening to deactivate my entire catalogue due to "high levels of artificial streaming". FU*K Pitch-Us. UPDATE and response to the BS reply from Pitch-Us below: "at this time we do not have any information on your campaign" Oh so you haven't gotten any of the multiple emails I've sent you about these concerns? And all these rest of these reviews warning about the same concerns must be interesting to you too right? Yeah I write negative reviews for bullshit companies like yours when they scam people and mislead them on their services. Both the songs I paid you to "boost organically" have been flagged, and only those songs. Coincidence?? You 100% use bots and artificial streams, stop lying.

Like many here, I’ve had issues with my latest campaign, 2 x 10k. So far a handful of streams, most likely bots. Sent various emails trying to get an answer and after 2 weeks of silence I get the “due to technical issues” message with the promise the campaigns will restart after the weekend and sweetener offer. Anyway surprise, surprise the campaigns haven’t restarted. Have since asked for a refund but I’m not holding my breath!! Stay clear.. So you reply to my Trustpilot review but not to my actual emails!!! As for my campaigns having been reactivated, well they haven’t. I’ve asked for a refund so sort it.
