I booked and paid for a PR campaign with Pitch Us, and after five months I still have not received the service I paid for. Throughout this time, I have repeatedly been told to wait and was given various assurances, but nothing actually happened. Five months is far beyond what I would consider a reasonable timeframe for a PR campaign. The most frustrating part has been the constant delays and lack of a concrete resolution. I was patient for a long time, but at this point I am extremely disappointed with the service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Pitch Us.

We’ve worked with mostly legitimate companies until now. Remember to only pay with credit cards with scams like this so you can recover your stolen money. Literally everyone has severed their ties with this fake New York company. No business license either.

Pitch-Us are very good at taking your money and then ignoring you. Never again.

My experience with Pitch-Us has been extremely disappointing. I regret spending money on their services — my EP was taken down shortly after working with them, and I never received a reply or any form of refund despite multiple attempts to contact support. The lack of communication and accountability made this one of the worst platform experiences I’ve ever had. I genuinely hope that, unless they improve dramatically, artists will stop using their platform altogether so no one else has to deal with what I went through.

Trusting Pitchus with my songs was the worst decision I’ve ever made. It’s been 5 months, and my Spotify algorithm is still completely destroyed. I no longer appear in “similar artists,” and I’m invisible in discovery playlists. To make matters worse, I was fined $15, and two of my songs were permanently removed from all platforms. Their so-called “service” does nothing but sabotage your career, kill your algorithm, and erase your presence. For any artist who values their future and visibility — stay far, far away from Pitchus!

The campaign started pretty good, until February, my song was taken down, I've been contacting them ever since to fix it or refund me. They have been ignoring me.

Tried them out starting a month ago. It’s all Botted. Don’t trust it. And they duplicate charged me 4 days in a row. And they were supposed to put out an article on rolling hype but never did. I’ve tried to contact them via Email, no response. If I could give them zero stars I would. Save yourself the money, go somewhere more trusted like Imperium or Boost Collective.

They use bots and got my account deleted by spotify for using bots
